Triangle pose

Revolved Triangle pose

Side Angle Lunge

Revolved Side Angle Lunge

Warrior 1, 2, and 3 (repeat all 3 on each side)

Half Moon Pose

Forward Fold

Seated Boat Pose

Seated half splits

Seated Spine twist, hugging knee to chest and rotating spine

Wheel pose, lying on the belly to catch ankles in a backbend

End with 10-30 deep breaths before relaxing in Savasana
