Get an 80 minute personalized yoga session with Arwen Rogers! I will create a unique exercise session tailored to fit your goals and help you progress. The 90 minute session includes 60 minutes of your choice of yoga, pilates, or personal training with 20 minutes of discussion on topics you are most interested in learning: nutrition, technique, energy work, emotion processing. If you live locally I can train you at home. If you are outside my hometown, I can train you LIVE online. Try a single session or save $60 on a 6 session package!
