The idea to change your body starts in your mind, but sometimes the mind is not the best place to get started. Your mind is not really on your side. It tries to trick you or convince you to give into fear and doubt. Your untrained mind is your worst enemy in your quest for a healthy vibrant body.

Once you've started to put a few habits into action is when you can start using your mind again. You need your mind to help you make these habits rock-solid! So now that your body is on the move, you can let your mind reflect on what's working. Mindful movement will keep you motivated for life because you know what sensations create positive change and you know that you will be rewarded with that post-workout high. 

What you learn through mindful movement will start to translate into other areas of your life. An energetic, healthy body makes you feel like a million bucks! Glowing skin, bright eyes, sleek muscles make you look and feel more attractive and excited about life. Social connections feel more positive, and your new mindset will start to unlock new opportunities you might never have seen before. 

When your body rewards your mind with good vibes and endorphins, your mind starts to see possibilities where there used to be limits. If you can move and play, feeling strong and happy, then other goals become possible. 

There are countless stories of people like you who defined themselves by their limitations. Once they took action they learned to change their mindsets by the amazing ability of their bodies to overcome obstacles.
