Change is hard. I get it.
I was a professional dancer until age 35. Dance was my entire world! Then my life turned upside-down because of emergency abdominal surgery. I couldn’t dance or do yoga for over a year.
I know what it's like to lose your health and identity. Thankfully, I also learned how to get it back with mind-body fitness and meditation.
Whether it's an injury, a hectic schedule, or not having the support you need at home - it's easy to feel like there's little you can do to make real change happen.
That's why I'm here.
